Our family of 7 stayed here and absolutely loved the hotel, location, unit, layout and beds! Everything was perfectly appointed and beds were super comfortable! We all loved the city and bay views especially!

El lugar es muy bueno, todo en orden y super recomendable, yo me quedé con mi familia para antes de un crucero y me hubiera gustado quedarme más días. La vista es increíble y cuenta con muchas cosas por hacer. Super accesible y nos volveríamos a quedar en el!!!

Arrived 1 hour early to find out we could not check in which is fine. At 3:00 we got the keys & when we arrived to the room we found that the room was still being cleaned . Once in the room we found that one of the bathroom door handle would keep falling off which resulted in my 2 year old locking himself into the bathroom . There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels for 8people from a Friday to a Sunday just an over all shitty experience

This was a great condo for my trip with 3 friends. Host was easy to communicate with and location was great. Definitely will go back again

Great space, perfect location, great for our little group of coworkers and the pool was a really lovely touch. Just watch out for the added amenity charge at check-in! Once that's added, the nightly rate isn't quite as much of a bargain as we were expecting.

The condo was as advertised. It’s beautiful, well kept, and the location is great. It’s very walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants and a short ride to South Beach. To top it off, the views from the balcony are better than the photos!

I have never found Airbnb to be a good value except for having shared space. Same with this experience. Also huge disappointment was the description says it is a king bed, queen and two double beds. They are NOT double beds they are twin beds so my husband and I for our 10 year anniversary had twin beds. not pleased and that is why I would not book with this host again. Just be honest in descriptions please. We measured dimensions of twin vs double so I 100% know they are twin beds NOT doubles.

This place was OUTSTANDING and perfect for our family to attend the FIFA experience, which was the purpose of our stay. Parking was very expensive but we chose to use the buildings parking and we used Uber to go around to places that were not walkable. The beds were all very comfortable, and air condition worked perfect, the views were outstanding and the pool with big screen tv was perfect to watch the games! We had ages 10 to 79 in our group and all family members were very pleased! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you don't mind paying a little more for location.

Amazing place right in the heart of dtown Miami. Very clean unit with stunning views. The only item that was communicated up front was the $60 non refundable damage charge. You had two options..$1000 hold on card (refundable) or $60 up front fee (non refundable). After 11 years on ABNB, I’ve never had that once so it felt like a bit of a money grab on day of checkin. Other than that…it was ideal!!!

This property is impressive and the details are not lacking. A great location near some amazing restaurants, shops, sporting venues, live music, arts and entertainment. Only 15 minutes from the Miami International airport is so huge! Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful space to enjoy our vacation. Dave

BNB was very clean & exactly like description. The host was responsive and helpful with my questions. Upscale and clean. I would definitely book here again. The location was great too, right near the pier downtown so everything we had planned was right there. Little issue with parking that wasnt really clear. Front desk and host said valet was $75 however supposedly since we had a bigger vehicle it was $100 . There is a parking lot to the side that we used and paid by the hr. Not a far walk at all.

The apartment was well-appointed and very clean and comfortable. The building staff were extremely helpful, and it operates more like a hotel with a front desk and porters than a residential building. Though early check-in is not explicitly an option, luggage storage is available, and they texted us when the room was available. The on-site gym was great. There are great coffee places and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Whole Foods, and Uber drivers seem to wait nearby. The one and only downside: the building itself seems to lack insulation between the apartments and floors, so if you have a noisy neighbor, it is hard to avoid the constant noise of scraping chairs, thuds on the upstairs floor, or even loud voices.

Bel appartement, propre, agréable et bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des principales activités. En revanche, le check-in est assez tardif et difficilement négociable. L’accueil a été décevant : nous nous sommes sentis quelque peu négligés par rapport à d’autres clients qui semblaient bénéficier d’un traitement différent. Mis à part cela, nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour.

Amazing apartment that is better than the photos. Very spacious, clean, and well located. The host was very cooperative and proactive. Great amenities, especially the rooftop and the pool asl well as the two floors gym with breathtaking views. Highly recommended!

When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and organized. The rooms were set up nicely and there was a wrap-around veranda that was lovely! The apartment has great lighting. To note: There is no central bathroom, so if there are people sleeping on the pull-out sofa, they will need to enter the rooms to use the restroom. There was, however, a lot of space to store items for everyone.

Completely recommend the place. Excellent location. Excellent building. Excellent service. Can't ask for more
