Planning your Miami vacation should be easy and stress-free. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive

Standard cancellation policy (applies to stays under 28 nights):
Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, with just a 3.5% charge for administration fees. After that date, the total of this contract will be charged. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays due to weather conditions, family emergencies or any other commitments. The same applies to monthly renters who wish to make a change that results in a shortened stay.
Long-term stay cancellation policy (applies to stays 28 nights or longer):
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Yes, we do! We offer a 6% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, and a 10% discount for stays of 28 nights or longer. Feel free to reach out to us directly—we’re happy to provide a tailored quote for your stay.

Yes, as long as the cancellation or modification policy allows it. If the request is made within the permitted timeframe, changes can be made. Please note that conditions may vary depending on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.

Extensions of stay can always be made if there's availability in our calendar! Pricing may vary every day.
