This is a fantastic place to stay!! Ocean views, amazing rooftop pool, and nice and clean! The only issues I encountered was a leak with the washer/dryer, and an electrical hazard, but I was assured both would be corrected right away. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Totally worth the money for sure! Oh and the balcony is great!!!

Amazing Host and for the price in this area - superb. I wish I had more time here, but it was a fast yet beautiful stay. Comfortable, clean, a gorgeous view from the balcony. Whenever I’m back in Miami - this will be my first choice. :)

10/10 overall, the place was very clean, the hotel building itself is also nice. Quick and fast functioning elevators. The room was amazing with crazy nice views. I highly recommend staying here for a good price! And will definitely be back!

Phenomenal Airbnb! Amazing quality for the price. We absolutely LOVED the view, the beds were super comfy, the room was spotlessly cleaned, the pool was amazing and there was also a nice gym to use, the area was super walkable and had amazing, upscale restaurants. The wine and water in the fridge was a great touch too. Can’t wait to come back and will recommend to everyone!

I stayed in this cozy private unit with a bay view and balcony, and it completely exceeded my expectations. A friend recommended this company, and I’m so glad they did! The location in Coconut Walk was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We were celebrating a birthday and the host made the night even better with some awesome local recommendations. We ended up dining at La Cabrera right next door—highly recommend! The view from the balcony overlooking the marina and peacock park was beautiful, and having parking included made everything so convenient. The bed was super comfortable, and we even got to enjoy the pool the morning of our checkout. The team and staff were incredibly communicative and made everything smooth from booking to checkout. Such a great experience overall—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect Base to Explore Biscayne Bay NP yet in the Middle of Coconut Grove! This unit is in a great location for Coconut Grove. Walk to everything - church, water, food, etc. We were able to walk to the Marina for our Boca Chita Key / Stiltsville Heritage Boat tour and then when we drove to the Dante Fascell Visitor Center for tours and boating down there, it was opposite traffic going into / out of Miami so we made great time in both directions. Hosts were very responsive to minor problems and they provided a sharp knife and cutting board so we could cut up our fruit for breakfast. There are nice basic dishes and flatware for any meal prep or eating in the unit. Kettle is great for making tea. Since there is an incomplete door on the shower, one must aim it straight down to avoid watering the floor. Desk light is useful, but you have to unplug it if you have anything you need to plug in on the desk. (a multi-tap adapter on that plug would be useful.) Great view of water and surrounding area from small deck and this is the only table in the unit so all meals eaten in the unit will be likely at this table - the view makes it worth it! Have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink but dish soap and scrubber provided. Bed supplied with two sheets and comforter - wish there had been a lighter blanket but adjusted temperature to use just the sheets. This is the first unit we have been in that had TWO luggage racks which are needed if TWO people are traveling!

Convenient and Beautiful location The room is very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I stayed for three nights with my daughter and we loved it. The neighborhood offers excellent shopping and dining options within walking distance. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities, pool and gym, made this a favorite stay. We both agree we would not hesitate to return!

We loved this place and will definitely stay again. The ocean view from the balcony was a wonderful way to wake up and despite being on a very busy road, it was completely soundproof to any street noise. The location was great, very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and walking paths. Parking was included which made our working visit very convenient. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and the hosts were quick to respond to any of our questions. This is truly a great place to stay.

The building itself is fantastic, with great amenities and an incredible atmosphere. We absolutely loved the view, it made every morning and evening feel special. The hot tub was one of our favorite parts of the stay, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Miami. The location is excellent, with plenty of wonderful cafés, restaurants, and places to walk nearby. It was easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Miami. Thank you for helping make my husband’s birthday celebration so special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located, and enjoyable stay!

The location of the room had a beautiful view. I loved being able to sit on the balcony or wake up in bed to with an overlook of the water. The room itself was very clean. The host responded immediately to any questions I had regarding the reservation. Check in process was simple and quick. Location had several great places to eat and shops in walking distance.

Management okay, view was spectacular

The stay was great! I am very familiar with the area and this spot was in the heart of Coconut Grove with spectacular views of the water. The only thing I was not crazy about was the parking which was included stay. I drive a big truck and the garage was hard to maneuver through and I had some trouble with the elevator access. I just valeted and paid the valet fee in lieu of the complimentary self parking. The staff was very welcoming and overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Overall very good experience. The location is safe and peacefull. But you have to use a car always to go to city centre or Miami landmarks. The room is relatively small. But the view is amazing. The parking is freely available.

Amazing relaxing stay! We were immediately impressed with the communication with our hosts. The room offered amazing comfort and a stunning view of the coastline. Amenities were great. Our hosts even offered some goodies for us upon our arrival which was a lovely touch. Having access to a pool was great. Coming from a colder city, this place was perfect. It offered relaxation, safety and convenience. We had access to parking which was also another perk we were looking for. We will definitely be recommending and thinking about this place when we come back.

No Go Booked wrong night, unable to accommodate, so that was money flushed down the drain. Bad way to start a vacation.

Nice location, view. Check in too complicated. Pros: The location is good. The view is very good. The pool is nice (although you have to go early if you want a chair). Cons: The check in process is complicated. Some areas of the room badly need repainting. The bathroom needs a night light.

VRBO Had an issue with the heat working and the wifi had issues a couple of days, but was handled by owners.

David This was our first vacation rental experience. All in all, everything was great. The room was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable. View from balcony was fantastic, as was the location. Parking included is a big plus. Hosts were very responsive to a minor sink drain issue. Only other minor complaint/comment is the room could use a little painting touch-up. Other than that, it was all very nice. We would do it again.

Amazingly awesome From check in to check out my stay was just awesome. The staff & the property manager were awesome. Very attentive & helpful might I add. The location is great plenty of shops & restaurants to choose from in the area. My overall stay was a 10/10

Sweet short stay Cozy, comfortable experience. We did have to wait until exactly 4:01p for check in time. It does state that is time, but even after requesting possible earlier, it was not granted. We did get to wait in the lobby and staff held our bags when we went to lunch to kill time.

Great place The place is exactly how it looks in the picture except there are minor differences. We had some issues with the plugs not working, one of the chairs were broken and there was a slight issue with the WiFi upon arrival. However the host were great with communication and assisting us with our needs. Overall it wasn’t too bad

Centrally Located The place was nice, walking distance to shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove.

Hotel Arya We were going to a Marlins baseball game and wanted to be close to the stadium. After two nights on South Beach, it was nice to move to Coconut Grove. we got to Coconut Grove late morning, walked around The Barnacle, had lunch and then checked into our room, early. It was perfect! We Ubered to/from the game. We had a great trip.

Great location, nice apartment Nice hotel room with mini-fridge. Fantastic location, easy parking. Check-in process seemed to have too many steps and was a little redundant (asking for the same information multiple times, contact 30 minutes prior to arrival). If you complete all the online steps upload ID, provide credit card it’s much easier but I’m not sure everyone wants to do that. All in all great stay.

Fabulous Room in Heart of Coconut Grove I am a travel magazine publisher so I travel A LOT and see a wide variety of accommodations. This room is exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean. Fabulous view of the bay from the balcony. Walkable to most anywhere in The Grove. Microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, dishware and utensils. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Lovely decor. Very responsive hosts. Probably one of the best VRBO experiences and places I have ever stayed. I will be returning!

April 2024 Trip The location was great close to shops and nice restaurants. Easy access to parking with in and out privileges with no issues. Company was proactive and if I brought something up it was addressed quickly. Pool was wonderful loved the in unit washer/dry feature and balcony. Unit was clean. Even though it was not in direct sun I didn't miss a thing in the view. Would absolutely come back, or use this company for a different location in Miami. We had a blast!

Perfect stay The location of the condo is very close to a lot of stores and the main strip of Coconut Grove. The condo itself was spotless and everything worked as it should. Parking is a tad bit annoying but we alwaysanaged to find a spot. Hosts were very responsive every time we sent a message too.

Great location, limited parking, maintenance issues. This room is on the 15th floor of the Arya hotel and is managed by Miami Vacation Rentals. The room has a partial view of the bay which is pretty spectacular. The balcony slider does not have a screen. There is limited parking in the parking garage and one of the evenings, we found the last spot, leaving another guest without a spot. The washer/dryer combo had not been serviced in some time. One evening, it kept us up all night as it struggled to dry our load and repeatedly activated the drain pump. After several sleepless hours, I researched the issue and was able to drain the excess water and clean out the water drain filter which was clogged with torn fabric, coins, and pebbles. I mentioned this to the host and only received a "thank you for your feedback" message. We had to catch up on sleep which significantly affected our plans for the next day. I definitely recommend staying in Coconut Grove, as we were able to reach our destinations in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly, I cannot recommend this location.

Great place in the grove! This unit was in a great location walkable to everything in a nice bldg. with free parking, and also had a pool and hot tub. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The views from the higher floor were spectacular! The hosts were welcoming and were very responsive throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice time. Would definitely stay here again.
