Loved the location, ambiance of the hotel, and the views! Only wish the room was a bit bigger, but it’s just enough for two people.

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The pool was absolutely beautiful and was one of the main reasons we booked—it did not disappoint. The location was wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was gorgeous. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches upon arrival, including the wine and water, which made us feel very welcomed. Overall, we had a relaxing and memorable stay and are grateful for the hospitality.

I have stayed in this hotel before but never AirBnBd a condo unit. The room is small just like the hotel rooms - exactly what was called for and dine with us for one night. The restaurant is closed right now but there are loads of restaurants in the Grove, otherwise the experience is just like staying at the hotel. Noise was not an issue at all and we slept very well and enjoyed our stay. The only note is that check in is at 4pm and exactly at 4pm there are lots of people swarming the front desk trying to check into their rooms at the same moment. Not much the hosts could do about this of course…so we had a bit of a wait - otherwise it was a flawless experience for us.

Very fast and friendly communication. This is already our 5th time at this Tower in Coconut Grove. Every time different room but every time.great, clean and safe.

Coconut Grove siempre será una excelente opción, habíamos estado previamente en el hotel en cuestión y nos encantó la zona. Hubo un retraso en la entrega de la habitación, puesto que no se había realizado la limpieza; supieron solucionarlo y nos cambiaron de habitación, pero no hubo compensación. El check out se realizó sin mayores problemas y pudimos usar el estacionamiento por 1h más.

We had a great stay, the only thing I will say is that particular neighborhood in Miami is a little pricey. The stay was great!

The Grove Location location location !

Great location in Coconut Grove! Excellent location! They fixed the toilet promptly! Would have liked a porch!

Decent stay, could be better It doesn't help that there was a significant hiccup in our check in process. I was provided the code for the door at the front desk. That code did not work and the front desk did not have access to an alternate code. It took a while to contact the host who then tried two more codes before finally arriving at the correct code to open the door. From the time our feet were at the front door to the time we were inside was at least 20 minutes. After a very long time in the car, and following all the directions for the checkin procedure, this was extremely aggravating. Is there a view of the city? Yes. Is it gorgeous? I guess that's subjective. One great thing about the view is there is no high-rise right next door to stare into your window. We specifically chose this unit because it offered free parking. We were a little worried that our F-150 might not fit but we didn't have a problem getting into the garage or finding parking. One other thing of significance for us was that you can hear absolutely everything that goes on outside the room. You can hear people coming and going off the elevator. You can hear every word of every conversation. You can hear doors opening and closing. There's is a large gap at the bottom of the door that allows the sound to travel. We couldn't hear through the walls but we could absolutely hear everything in the hallway. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I'd consider staying here again.
