If you’re gonna stay here just let me know so I don’t book it before you do! Lol Let me start be saying that if you’re looking to relax or party this is the place! Instead of taking an Uber from Miami airport I took the public transportation route and it was way smoother because the trains have no competition with the traffic. The pool is as pictured if not better! The SPA…… Yes! It’s just YES! All the way to the locker rooms it says relax! If you get a chance check this place out! Check in and check out was seamless. I will be back and I’m gonna need more rooms so I can bring some people with me!

Overall a really good stay in a beautiful area. Quick heads-up for future guests: this place does not allow early check-in or leaving luggage in the lobby, so plan around the 3 PM check-in (some buildings allow it, this one doesn't — totally fair, just good to know). That part was on me. My one honest note: when I finally arrived after a long day, the elevators were down for about 2 hours and I had to walk up 20+ floors, and communication during that could have been better. I get it's out of their control, but after a long trip you hope for a little more support to make up for it. Everything else was 10/10 — gorgeous location, great spots nearby, super comfy bed. Minor hot water issue but it's summer, so no big deal. The host replied quickly and the place matched the listing well. Beyond some bad luck on my end, it's a great spot and I'd recommend it.

My stay was okay overall and I’d rate it 3/5. The room itself was clean and adequate for the price point.However, there were two operational issues that impacted the experience:1. *Pool Access Not Communicated*: Upon check-in I was told the pool was only open Saturday and Sunday. After asking the front desk, I learned it was actually open Friday as well due to the holiday. This was not communicated by the property at check-in, and I only found out by asking directly. Clear communication about amenity hours, especially on holidays, would improve guest experience.2. *Parking Situation*: The property advertises paid parking close by, but the designated garage requires a 5-minute walk and did not feel safe, particularly at night. As a result, I opted to pay for on-site parking. Unfortunately, the on-site option does not allow in-and-out privileges, which was a significant inconvenience during my stay.With better communication and more guest-friendly parking options, this property could easily be 4 stars. As it stands, it was an average stay with some preventable frustrations.

El alojamiento queda en zona privilegiada de Brickell, muy cerca de la parte baja de Miami. Es muy seguro, transitable, centros comerciales y restaurantes de moda quedan a pocos metros. Medio de transportes gratis a un par de cuadras del lugar. El alojamiento es tal y como viene en las fotos, para la época en que visité estaban haciendo unos arreglos en las fachada del edificio que afectaba usar la piscina entre semana pero eso se comunicó con anticipación en las fotos, entonces tener eso en cuenta. Muy recomendado, gimnasio y spa son muy apropiados. Volveremos sin duda!

The place was as described, clean, easy to check in, all listed amenities, great restaurants around 5-10 minutes' walk, I went to Brickell for work and the Wi-Fi was very fast which made my job easier as I had to work from the apartment for a few hours each day. the host was great to communicate with, overall, a good experience and very recommendable.

The apartment was just as pictured. the check in was easy and the building and it's staff was very helpful. The host was quick to respond and felt like they were available to us as much as needed.

I liked the apartment, and before leaving, I left everything well organized and sorted.

We had a lovely stay here. The home looks just as pictured; is equipped with what you need, comfortable bed, clean space, and a new view. This is one of the several properties we’ve booked through MVR, and we’re always very happy with our stay. The balcony was accessible during our stay but I always recommend double checking with MVR before you book. The host is quick to respond prior to booking and throughout our stay. Super easy check in/out process and the host is very friendly.

Icon Brickell is an incredible place to stay with an amazing Spa and amenities. Only part that wasn’t desirable was the parking fees.

We had a great stay here! The place was extremely clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and communication with the host was very clear throughout our stay. The only small inconvenience was that we had to wait about 20 minutes after arrival to receive the door code, so access wasn’t immediate. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay again!

Great communication with host. The blinds stopped working and they had maintenance fix it asap. They also allowed us to check out a little later because we were running behind. Place was clean and put together and amazing view from the balcony. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Miami! The place was clean, in excellent condition, and had an amazing view. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. My only suggestion would be to improve the check-in process. Having all guests for multiple apartments check in at the same time made it a bit slow and hectic. A more streamlined system would really enhance the overall experience. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Good, Not Great There are some positive aspects of this apartment. The view from the balcony was excellent, and the appliances worked well. Hot water for morning showers was plentiful. The neighborhood will appeal to some, especially social media “influencers,” who were everywhere. There were many trending restaurants in the immediate area, but very few tried and true restaurants which guarantee delicious food and great service. Space was limited in the bathroom, and the apartment is essentially a studio with no living area. Communication of instructions for where the apartment is located was poor, even with several phone calls, and there is no good location for unloading luggage. Because of this, check in was very rushed. There is absolutely no written information in the apartment, only one place to scan for a very brief list of restaurants. The biggest problem was with the WiFi and television service. We completely lost the television the first morning. A maintenance man was sent to fix it, and was able to partially do this, but we were never able to receive the streaming services we use most often, after the first evening. WiFi was inconsistent throughout, and we were told after the first call to check if the router was unplugged, even though we had not been told where the router was located. It wasn’t until several days into the stay that the young lady we were communicating with informed us there was a switch by the closet door that could not be turned off, or the router would shut down
