Great condo! Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Check in was very easy. Condo was very clean. We would definitely return at our next visit in Brickell.

Fell In Love as Soon I walked in & Seen The View I absolutely Loved this condo & appreciated all it had to offer. My Family really enjoyed our stay, from the awesome pool view & stunning bay views was perfect. My husband took advantage of the fitness center, my kids stayed in the pool & I stayed gazing off the balcony & Master bedroom city views were all so perfect. The only thing I’d add is to pay attention to the cleaning detail as far as hair found in the master bedroom & animal fur. Not a deal breaker but it was a bit found. But I or We would definitely stay again, actually friends are interested in staying here as well.

This is not a place for families The pros: this condo is beautiful and the views are amazing and beautiful, and the beds were super comfy. The cons: the condo is in a building that is clearly for a young, party crowd. Not for a family with young children like us. We stood out big time. One of the times we got into the elevator the guy in there with us had a large ankle monitor on... and this was not surprising to see here. The pools are a lap pool or a hot tub and loud techno blasts all day long. Then the check-in process was horrible. They “ran out” of parking spaces and we had to valet our car for $35 a night. The price wasn’t the issue so much as trying to unload our van full of toddler stuff amongst the absolute chaos of check-in time for the residence and W hotel, which are the same building and same valet area. Had I known there was not a designated spot and no guarantee of a luggage cart, we likely would not have booked this. Also our air conditioning did not work properly and only cooled to 76 degrees our whole stay and they were not able to fix it until after we checked out and no apology or anything was offered for this inconvenience.

Exceeded all of our expectations This place was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. The views are amazing, the location is perfect. All kinds of restaurants, parks, playground, food trucks and pretty much everything you need is right there. The apartment is beautiful, very modern, bright and sparkling clean. We won’t stay anywhere else in Miami again.

Fantastic stay downtown Excellent property. Brought my 2 kids and wife for a few days in downtown Miami. All had a great time!

Great for families The apartment is fully equipped and clean other than the floors. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to relax in between adventures. Loved that Cipriani is on site. Nice walks and recommendations from the MGMT. Pros!

Gorgeous view & first class amenities Highly recommend this property if you are in Miami! Professional and courteous staff /management (Francisco) starting with booking, arrival, throughout the stay and checkout. Timely refund of our damage deposit. The apartment is stylishly decorated with an unbeatable view. The apartment was well equipped for cooking, ++ towels/toiletries. Having the washer/dryer in the apt was great! Location was convenient, we were able to get around town easily (2 small kids with stroller in scorching hot weather) via the free metromover and Uber. The amenities were a big bonus! Beautiful & huge swimming pool.. had access to the lovely spa and gym. They had an amazing group fitness schedule. The kick boxing and yoga class were great!! Make sure you take advantage of the excellent included amenities/fitness centre. Had an okay stone massage.. but the facial was one of the best! Minor negatives would not deter us from staying again: 1) the sheets could have been better. 2) the toilet in the en-suite bathroom did not work well.. we mostly used toilet in 2nd bathroom.

I loved my stay! My friends and I were so impressed with the size and beauty of the space. So glad we found this. Nice location and very reasonably priced for a group of 4. Would totally book again :)

Beautiful apartment/Ok experience A couple of friends and I celebrated my birthday in Brickell back in February. In the information sent over prior to arriving, it does say that arriving after 9P to check in will result in additional fees. However, what if your plane is delayed a few times? So literally arriving 4 min past 9, because of situations beyond our control and a confused Lyft driver, we were told that we needed the fee money in cash or could use Zelle. Also because of arriving at 9:04, we were given brief information without a tour. One of the ladies on the trip had highly recommended this property and explained how great the hospitality was, which was my reason for booking. After asking the property manager if a tour was to be included, I was given a few excuses and a back and forth before agreeing to do so. She did check in once to make sure that our stay was comfortable, which was appreciated. Then at check out time, I was reminded of a few things to do and the language barrier between the 2 of us caused another slight issue after I understood her to want me to do one thing, but she meant another. I’d sent a picture of the task being done as requested and she called a few times before I could answer and held a tone with me that I thought was inappropriate. The apartment itself was beautiful, like stated in the title but my experience with the hostess/manager was EXTREMELY subpar. I would have given a 5 star rating, otherwise.

5 stars! Amazing views — this apartment is truly a gem! Very well decorated with nice, high-quality furniture. Spacious bathroom and a really comfortable bed. Great amenities, including a huge pool, gym, and a big spa. I would definitely go back! A 5-star apartment with 5-star service!

Corner unit with great views of Biscayne Bay and the pool on the 15th floor. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay near the wedding party at the W Hotel. This unit is basically the same building with a seperate entrance. Also, wanted more space for 4 people to hang out and cook breakfast . Very comfortable, clean condo. Ubered everywhere because parking is expensive in this area.

This is the worst I have ever stayed. Very poor quality. We checked in on 10/17/22. We pulled the shade down in the master suite. There were blood stains on the shade. Also the decorative pillow on the bed was dirty. Stains looked like someone ejaculated on the pillow. I took pictures and sent to the cite manager. She apologized and sent someone to clean the shade. When I didn't hear back from the cite manager, I sent all pictures to the owners. She apologized but didn't offer to discount our stay or try to accommodate us period. I will let Everyone I know about the property we stayed during our vacation. The owner, Sylvia, said she was not going to do anything as for as accommodating us doing this inconvenience. I told her this is unacceptable and inappropriate on all levels. I guarantee Sylvia wouldn't allow her family to stay in such conditions. All her concerns were only on the money she made during the week. We checked in 10/17/22 & checked out 10/22/22. We stayed one week at her property, if she had comped one night or offered dinner, it would have let us know she tried to do something for our inconvenience during my husband birthday week. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING and VERY DISTURBING!!!

Thanksgiving Week We moved to Dallas 3 years ago from Miami. We come often to Miami to be with family. Every time we come we feel it’s very stressful with having to visit everyone. We always feel we are driving around town nonstop. This was one of the best weeks we have had in Miami since we moved. We didn’t rent a car on purpose so we didn’t have to go out. This location was amazing with everything around us. We were able to sit back and relax while family came to visit us. The condo has the most perfect view in the city! We ordered food in every time because we didn’t want to go out when we had the perfect view. Everything was perfect inside the condo. I will be renting this place again for sure! We look forward to our next trip in Miami.

Amazing views, location, property! My fiancee and I stayed at this apartment for a weekend and it was soooo beautiful and met all of our expectations. The property is just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and also clean. The views are incredible all around! Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and everything functions as it intended. The location is spot-on, right at the heart of Brickell; walkable distance to Brickell City Center, Trulucks, Mandarin Oriental, etc. It wont get any better in Miami. Also a short drive to the beach if that is something of interest. The pool is absolutely huge and amazing, with gorgeous city and bay views. Only downside is we were not able to use the spa due to COVID. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would definitely book with this company again. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth; Maria was excellent, she explained everything very well and was available to answer any questions, complaints or requests by phone call or text. We parked at the adjacent parking location which is a very short walk form the building. Valet parking with the building is pricey, so we recommend reserving the adjacent parking offered by the host. Communication with the host was excellent since the time of booking. They answered all of my emails and questions in a prompt and quick manner. We would definitely go back to Icon Brickell and book properties from this host. They have gorgeous apartments!

Great views, clean, great hosts. I reserved for the second time with these hosts, great service as usual, amazing corner apartment, great bay views, clean, modern decoration, complete and full equipped kitchen. Also the building amenities are unbelievable, the area full of restaurants, shops, etc. Ideal for business travels, also for couples. I will sure come back with my family too.

The location was convenient, but the balcony isn’t usable and the furniture is worn and needs updating.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I am only writing this so future renters have awareness. The unit itself was very nice. We feel like we were highly deceived about the construction, balcony closure and obstruction of views. It is written in a small blip after scrolling almost to the end of the description. I was very disappointed as I chose the place based on the views. Potential renters need to be informed at the beginning in full transparency. Also we were woken up most mornings to loud construction noises right outside our window. Lots of people would still choose this stay. I wouldn’t have. Also, the pool is only open on Saturday and Sunday. I will say that issues in the unit were addressed quickly. Overall it was a comfortable stay but not what we were expecting.

We had a really good stay and enjoyed our time here. The place was nice and we appreciated the experience. There were a few small issues. We had to wait due to some check-in problems, and there was a slight smell when we first walked in, although it improved after a bit. We also wished there hadn’t been maintenance on the balcony during our stay. That said, everything else was good, and we still had a great time overall. Thank you for hosting us!

Staying at the Icon Brickell was awesome...great location, great accommodations, great hosts...I would do it again for sure.

Communication with Host. Confirmed parking spot and one extended day not fulfilled on the day I arrived. I had to rebook a flight and I wasn't able to use my rental car, resulting in losing 24,000 frequent flier miles. Awful, unprofessional, and unapologetic for their errors. Natalie and Silvia need training.

The place was beautiful, amazing views and so much to do in the area. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars and only 3 stars for price is because a big reason I booked this unit was for the ability to use the patio & its furniture.But because of construction at the building there was a restriction on the use of patio furniture. Other than that. Everything was great

Great unit, not so great building The condo unit itself is great. The highlight is definitely the views. Amazing water views in the living room and master bedroom. All the rooms were well appointed. I would stay here again based on the unit alone. The building and process however leaves a lot to be desired. This is not like any W I’ve been to. 4/6 elevators didn’t work our entire stay. We had to show ids prior to check in, at check in to host company, at check in to building lobby and then again to get access to pool. Im sure it has to do with prior incidents but less than ideal. Additionally the amenities have seen better days. Not well maintained.

Quick stay Needed a place to stay the night in Miami after an event. This place was great, location, views, grounds. Wish we could have used the facilities but the rain ruined it. Would definitely book again.

Great views and 10/10 amenities Overall the condo was nice…fine for a weekend stay. Great communication for the most part. The amenities are top notch and the views, gorgeous. The primary bedroom was nice, super comfortable bed. The second bedroom however had very tiny beds. Much smaller than they appeared in photos. The couch was super low to the ground, extremely uncomfortable and had a huge stain on it.

The Views!! This condo is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Very clean and better than pictures. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The pool was great. Everything is easy to access in the building. The views are amazing- you have pool views and bay views. The location is great - you can walk to lots of food and shopping. We’re already planning our next stay!

Comfort with a view The views are stunning and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Wonderful surprises were the wonderful (extra long!) infinity pool and the spa. Steam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge. Really nice to disconnect.

Great long weekend We enjoyed the pool, spa, Addikt restaurant near the pool, Mexican restaurant Veinte in adjacent building. Easiliy walked to Whole Foods and enjoyed the sidewalk along the seawall. Would have been good to have the options and phone number to pre- book spa appointments. Great weekend overall.

Awesome view / very fun place to stay Ive stayed at this building multiple times and its always lots of fun. There is crazy ocean and city skyline views from this property. There is so much stuff in very close walking distance to do from the building. The Whole foods is just about a 5 minute walk away a couple blocks down the street. There is 5 or more food trucks in the park right next to the building with amazing authentic hispanic food and a bakery. The mall is also just a couple blocks away, Brickell city centre, which is a very high end shopping mall with tons of stores and food places. The property was clean, beds were comfy, The pool at this building is amazing. I will definetley be coming back to miami again and i reccomend these hosts as the check in/ check out process was smooth as can be. Thank you !

Great Spot to Experience All Miami Has To Offer The good: Apartment was in good condition. Location is great--30 minutes or less to almost anywhere in the Miami area, depending on traffic. Checking in was easy and communication with the hosts was quick and they always responded. Loved the pool! The so-so (but not bad!): Parking is offsite or expensive for the W Hotel valet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property This was a beautiful property that was not overstated by the photos online (which is sometimes the case). The view and location was fantastic. While the check-in process was a little chaotic, the site manager was very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues (plugged shower drain and batteries died in the safe) which were both resolved very quickly with no fuss. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area.

Great Stay Very nice apartment that was extremely clean. All new furniture in living room. Beautiful views and convenient to the highway and airport. The access to the gym and pool were a big hit for us. We will definitely stay here again. Management team was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Accurate The place was accurate as photos, everything was stated an communicated well except for parking. I asked for the prepaid parking " passed were limited" so I didn't get one. Valet was the next option but I was not informed that THAT also was 1st come 1st serve. 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed we had to park at another garage off site for another building because eventho I was a paying resident to stay there the ran out of parking. Also ofsite parking was not an option discussed but it is cheaper. All in all I enjoyed my stay an would rent again.

Misleading information! My stay with Miami Vacation Rentals; There are a few things that I want to bring to your attention: room with the twin beds, the light between the beds was not working, and I really think the apartment needs to be tidy-up, wall paper needs to fixed or re-glued the sofa and chairs are run down, in all the furniture was run- down, but what would really help if the apartment was renovated, and furniture replaced, this apartment should be much cheaper, the one thing I really enjoyed was the apartment views, and the site manager was really helpful, not sure I would vacation at this place again!

Great Location - Run-down Unit This unit was in a great location with an awesome view, but the unit was extremely rundown. 3 of the lamps in the unit did not work or had lightbulbs that were out (not sure which) and one of the TV remotes did not have any batteries inside. Luckily we were not spending much time in the unit. For the price we paid would hope that little things like that would be working.

Breathtaking views,, amazing location. This is my 2nd stay at the W Residence. I love the property, location and amenities all within walking distance. The only negative is the property management company. Two years in a row, they have been rude, belligerent and anything but customer focused. I guess since the property and location sell themselves, the property management people don’t have to be a part of the sell. While I love the property I have decided life is too short to be treated they way they treat paying customers.

Quick Get Away We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back again. Located in a great area. The views were wonderful, the pool was great, communication with owners and management team were very easy. We had a great time.

Better than I could have expected! Everything about this property and the managers that run the rental unit was beyond our expectations. First, the rental unit itself is exactly as pictured online, and has breathtaking views of the city, bay, pool and bridges. It was incredible by day and night. The unit was very clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The site manager, Maria, was extremely helpful and available for any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. My only con would be I had a slight issue with the reserved parking spot. I had booked it for my length of stay, and it was confirmed at that, but later I was told it would not be available the first day. I would highly recommend reserving the spot that comes with the unit, it is much easier and less expensive than the valet. The pool chairs can get taken early so keep that in mind! I would definitely recommend this unit. It was as close to a perfect experience as we have ever had!

Great Brickell Apt. A great experience - the company is terrific - very responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is terrific.

Just what we needed Overall, our stay at this apartment was just wonderful. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and the views from the unit (located on the 25th floor) are really stunning. The location was great for us. We walked to quite a lot of places, and South Beach was an easy Uber ride away. The very best part of this property is by far the pool and pool deck. The largest of the pools is semi-heated, and the middle pool is basically a big jacuzzi (perfect for Miami in the winter). The poolside staff were really attentive and friendly. There were just a couple of things about the property that weren't the greatest, but they didn't detract from our stay overall (1. At times the elevators in the building were painfully slow -- more than once we had to wait 5-10 minutes for a working elevator; 2. If you look closely, the apartment itself is getting a bit "tired" -- wallpaper is starting to peel, furniture is a bit worn, etc.). Again, these issues were fairly minor given that everything else was so wonderful. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The best views The pros. This property is awesome.The views were amazing,lots of things in walking distance but with that being said,walk at your own risk. Miami drivers are crazy.Good thing the apartment was beautiful because I stayed there the entire time in fear of being killed in traffic.Check in was a bit frustrating because of the parking situation and check out is at 11:00 but if you are still there at 10:45 be prepared to have housekeeping just walk in on you,nice lady but I wish she had waited in the hall while we grabbed the last of our things.I would stay here again in a heartbeat if in the area again,but I would also plan to not leave the apartment because of crazy people and the apartment is just that nice

Gorgeous view well worth it I don’t usually go all out on properties but this was well worth my money. It exceeded my expectations, even. The only issue was they were a little slow to fix a few things in the kitchen but Gabrielle the property manager was so friendly and sweet. The bedroom with the two separate full beds is a bit small for two people and suitcases but otherwise I’d definitely say it’s spacious, clean, and a beautiful property. The gym and pool exceeded what I imagined. Just an FYI- this building is very busy with a lot of visitors so theres always a smell of weed out front and the driveway get a little hectic at times. (But that’s no biggie). Thanks for a super stay!

Never disappoints We've been coming here for a few years and it has always been a great experience. Management is on top of everything and quick to respond. The views are amazing, the pool is never too crowded, and we are able to walk everywhere. We will coming back soon again for sure...

Stunning Views This is a gorgeous property with stunning views of the bay! Condo is fully equipped and top notch appliances and facilities. Plenty of space and sleeps four comfortably and also has a large balcony. In the heart of Brickell and walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

Room with amazing views but the property isn’t what it used to be I stayed here 10 yrs ago and loved it. It’s no longer called the viceroy it’s now a W Miami. It’s was full of spring break type kids under 30 and distasteful outfits! Tights on super heavy girls with everything hanging out etc. Not classy at all! If it wasn’t for our amazing room and Maria who helped make it amazing we would have really complained. No signage anywhere for anything. To get lunch by the pool you can’t eat inside ?? Ok ? Rude valet parkers! Food was actually very good and Sarah at the bar apologized for everything w great drinks! Most of Fla unless you stay at a very high end plc is very young and trashy right now. The hotel needs a little updating as well. We will go back BUT will ask before we go about the clientele next time. We didn’t do much on the property so that was better for us! The Vrbo room was great and their service was on par !

Great Weekend We had a great weekend getaway. Laid by the pool and enjoyed the beautiful views of Biscayne Bay from the balcony. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Unit Very nice place. Could not recommend the apartment itself more enthusiastically. The on-site rep was excellent, too. The only downside was we ultimately paid a lot more than we should have. After conversations with VRBO and the property manager, it appeared the property manager or the condo owner had not updated their payment system to work with VRBO, so we had to pay more :(. Beautiful place, Enjoy!

Icon Brickell Stay Property is really nice and as advertised. Great view of pool and the bay. Major issues with valet parking (left car on and drained battery). Minor issues with front toilet as well. Would probably stay closer to South Beach on next trip but it was a nice vacation.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views! This apartment was exactly as described and was gorgeous, 5 stars all the way! The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The Brickell pools, spa and gym were fabulous and great to be able to use them free of charge. The location of the apartment was also perfect being a short walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, Bayside Park and the Mary Brickell centre. The only slight issue we had was with the wifi which was strong but went off about twice a day, but it always came back on after about 15 minutes and is apparently something the owners are trying to resolve. Another small issue for us was that on a Saturday and Sunday there is a DJ by the pool from midday until late afternoon and the music could be clearly heard in the apartment. Apparently this isn't an issue for apartments higher up the building, but we were on floor 25 and it was very loud at times! We loved the apartment and will not hesitate to stay again if we return to Miami. Many thanks!
