Our stay here was for three weeks. The place was better than we expected. Very clean, well maintained and spacious. The view from the 44th floor overlooking the Miami river is spectacular. The location is great! We were able to walk everywhere around Brickell! It’s so close to many very good restaurants and the City Center. We really liked the water pressure and temperature in the shower! The bed was clean and comfortable too! The host was Extremely attentive to any of our requests. This is our new go to place! We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit Brickell.

The location is great. The unit could use some updating. Shower is not designed for elderly use. Overall we received a discounted rate because there was construction going on, so the value was good.

10/10 place to stay if your visiting the brickell area sense it’s only a 10 minute walk from downtown brickell. Would 100% recommend to stay here when visiting

This place was terrible, the TV remote did not work, the fridge light was out and the ice maker wasn't working. The toilet needed refreshing after every flush, the hot water did not work at night and the unit smelt vial of smoke and cigar. The owner requested the work to be repaired and no-one showed up on the day, and after the second day it was too bad to stay so we canceled and found another apartment.

This is my go-to place every time I’m in town, I’ve stayed with MVR maybe 3-4 times already, and the experience is always fantastic 🎉❤️ They are consistently welcoming and professional, smooth communication with them always!!! I stayed in 4403 and it had an amazing view of the river area, at night the city lights looked gorgeous and we even saw some boats passing by Used their selfparking service, $35 a night (cash, so be prepared) and we could go in and out as many times as we wanted. Really convenient for the valet/street parking prices in Miami.

Very nice stay, the elevators tool forever but other than that we enjoyed our stay and the view is spectacular

Fire alarm went off obviously no fire. Check in at 3pm and couldn’t get in till 8:30pm 9pm… mind you they will charge you extra if you check in late… so I should’ve gotten a discount since it wasn’t my fault for a late check in.. I even asked for a refund I had recent surgery and a fever and needed to lay down. I paid for one night close to 400$ and music from someone in holding super loud… men in there very disrespectful. Never staying there again
