Open Plan Brickell Suite with Workspace — Guest Reviews

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay. Very clean unit with spotless bathroom. Save yourself the time of browsing for the perfect stay and book this. You will not be disappointed.

I had an absolutely incredible stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was unreal. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything about the place felt premium. The location was perfect too—there was so much to do within walking distance. What truly made the experience memorable was the service. Katherine was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday stay. Thank you all for making it special.

I have no words for this spot! It was close to everything - walkable distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The price was definitely worth it. If we had any issue, the host was quick to respond. Not to mention, the view was definitely something to wake up to. Plus all the amenities the place offered. We loved staying here and can definitely count on us staying here again.

Our family truly enjoyed our experience! We absolutely loved the condo and it was exactly as described and shown in the photos.

Girls Trip The property was well maintained and had awesome views.

Excelente lugar y ubicación tienes todo lo que se necesita para pasar un tiempo increíble!

Beautiful place

I selected this Airbnb for the location and it was the right decision. If you are planning on being around Brickell this is the place to be. I was there for work so I was out very early and came back just to sleep. I was not able to use the appliances or anything like that. The host was very nice to leave us a welcome kit, water and laundry items. The apartment was nice and clean but you can tell it has been used (if that makes sense, is not a bad thing but heavy use of a property is easy to catch). The beds and pillows were nice. I wish the water pressure on the showers would have been better. Not a fan of the crowd that comes in and out of the building. Not sure if it is because of the hotel next door or because that tower gets a lot of Airbnb’s. That would be the only thing I didn’t like of the place. We had a little issue with the offsite parking that was offered by the host and we paid. It was not reserved correctly by them but they refunded the parking to us later.

Everything was perfect, and host and apartment. I would love to come back, but one little thing was missing, pool open only on weekends because of constructions. Rather than that, the most beautiful place.

Everything about this stay was perfect from move in to move out. The home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay. The location was ideal for getting around to the many restaurants, Whole Foods and shops. We felt comfortable and safe in the building and the spa and gym was an incredible bonus. I highly recommend this home and look forward to staying again in the future.

It was a really amazing stay I love the view its really beautiful I can’t wait to come back nice place to chill and have a relax mind

It was difficult to check in the hotel and it took over 40 minutes to do so. Owner did not send the correct credentials to the front desk for easy entry.

I had an absolute blast in this unit and the view is to die for. This is my 3rd time coming to miami and this has been the best penthouse i have stayed at. 10/10 recommend if you have the opportunity to book this unit. The host was amazing aswell!

Great host! Fast responses and an amazing place to stay! I’d definitely stay again

Great place, beautiful view, awesome location! The building had great gym, spa and pools! Highly recommend!

Terrible service.. host is not communicating.. wifi issues.. building is under construction.. half of the elevators wasn’t working properly.. wires hanging out where elevator switch is.. place is nice and clean but i wouldn’t recommend.. front desk service is terrible.. i ask simple question and didn’t get answer

Good place overall, good location and good size room. MVR are great hosts as well.

Great location

The location is great and the house is stunning. We arrived for the weekend and rented a car. There is no parking in the building. It is important to note that this is only possible for an additional fee. Or with Vela services, we were given an alternative option to park the car across the street and received a report and a towing notice because the instructions were not clear enough and there was no willingness to help. Beyond that, the house is stunning. Only the parking issue is frustrating.

Second time staying with Miami rentals and it was flawless again, perfect unit and such an amazing view!

Pretty decent stay.

Mejorar el tema del parking

I had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and made for a very comfortable experience. Highly recommend.

Would definitely rebook again! Pretty great stay!

The apartment is perfect! The view is amazing and the amenities are great as well! The only problems we had were to enter on the apartment, because the lock had a problem and nobody would answer for one hour. I was almost thinking that it was a scam, but later it was resolved.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Grossartiges Airbnb, schöne Einrichtung, schöner Balkon und Schlafzimmer mit grossartiger Aussicht

Easy check in great biew

Looks just like the photos. The jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise!

This place was very much like the photos. The location was perfect and the views off the balconies and out the window were stunning. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice stay in Miami downtown

Very great stay Everything was great, very friendly communication and nice property, only complaint I have is the AC kicks back up if you try to turn it down.

Fantastic location and beautiful view The location is great, short walk to stores, restaurants and groceries. View was amazing! Would definitely stay at this property again

As advertised We enjoyed our 6 night stay, the photos are accurate, everything worked (internet, TVs, kitchen), the manager is very prompt with communication and follow up. We enjoyed the river walk and food trucks for coffee and food in the morning.

Miami Good location.

Wonderful location and support While the unit was nice and the views were spectactuar, the best part of this rental were the support received from the management team. THEY WERE and ARE AMAZING and super responsive.

The Brickwell We selected this property for our first visit to rolling loud weekend. The location of the property was wonderful. On the bad side there was no parking included so we had to pay a lot of money for in and out access to the parking garage across the street or wait in long lines for valet. The property manager was great at checking us in.

Excellent Condo exactly as advertised The property was all that we expected - superb views, large rooms, a very modern kitchen, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Our questions were quickly responded to by mgr services. We did have a temporary outage of wi-fi services for a 24-hour period. It was fixed as promised.

Great unit, spectacular views, fun location The apartment was well-furnished and very clean as were the building and lobby (lobby does get really busy and crowded). We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and the floors-to-ceiling windows! Kat provided friendly and excellent service. Would be happy to recommend and return here. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Vacation in Miami The views very beautiful ! We spent a lot of time on balcony watching the boats. Bed very comfy. only thing negative would be condo could be updated a little more. Couch was uncomfortable and something had take shine off counter tops. But saying that we would stay there again

Beautiful view Amazing

Phenomenal views & service Great location, central - plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. Beach proximity within 20 mins+. Great all around.

excellent place Beautiful, clean place. Internet difficult to access especially at peak times. Would stay there again!
