Stunning & Close to Everything We stayed 5 days. Brickell is the center of the financial district with many activities and great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we could possibly ever think to need plus amazing views.

Conference We were in Miami for a conference. The place was just as advertised. Very clean, very neat. Great views from a corner apartment. Capital Grill, Flemings and Truluck's restaurants all within walking distance. Very nice.

Great location, looks just the pictures, very comfortable beds, extra towels, laundry soap, dish washer pods, all around well equipped. Our only complaint was the wait to check in. We waited about 50 min for the management team to check us in, which was not very convenient with a toddler and lots of luggage and a car we needed to take to parking. Luckily the valet team was so nice to let us park while we waited. Everything else about the stay was absolutely fantastic!

Commencement Stay An inspiring view to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Pros: Great location and rental/check-in process was superb. Beds were comfy and amenities offered were spot on. Thank you for the wine! Cons: the access lobby was being remodeled so we had to use the W Hotel access elevators. It took a while to go up or down!

Miami week of sunshine The condo was perfect; two bedrooms, two baths, and nice open kitchen dining living area. But the best part was the view. Sunrise every morning and glorious views of the city and impressive pool complex below. The location could not be any more convenient; walking, Uber, on-site amenities My wife and I with our two daughters had an unbelievable time; safe, swimming, lounging, great food, and a few day-trip adventures. It was a perfect Christmas vacation. Oh, can't forget the weather was perfect at 70's and 80's all week. Thank you!

Was a great property and amazing host Property was the same as listed in photos. It was clean the host was amazing there were a few minor issues they quickly resolved. They respond immediately by text. They even went back after I left property and met me for my 12 year olds meds. It was the first time I have stayed at a vrbo or airnb type property and was a great experience alot cleaner then most hotels I’ve stayed at and cheaper will stay again in future trips to miami.

Best VRBO ever!!! I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed ourselves from the minute we checked in we walked in and the manager was waiting for us to take us up to our room showed us everything went over. Everything with us literally stayed late till we got there so she could check us in, we unplugged the Wi-Fi the first night on accident and I called in the morning they sent somebody right up. The room was unbelievable. The view was the best I’ve ever seen. My wife was so happy for her birthday. Our friends that were with us couldn’t believe how nice it was , everything was so perfect. We literally are going to go back every year five star.

Nothing Short of Amazing I can’t say enough things to describe the fabulous time we had. The apartment was super clean and looks just like the photo. The building is very secure and smells A-Mazing! Communication was a 10 out of 10. There were a few maintenance requests but they were tended to PROMPTLY. The management even assisted maintenance upon entry of our apartment to maintain a secure environment. The grounds are lovely…amenities a plus! Go to the on-site spa! My second time working with Silvia and Natalie and they are very caring, professional and accommodating. They will see me every year! Thanks for another great birthday getaway! - Angela

February birthday celebration. This is the second year staying at the property, and it met our expectations in every way. Maria is very responsive, the property is clean, and overall just a great experience. My friends usually stay in South Beach but they said they are really enjoying the Brickell experience more and more. We will be back!

Amazing weeklong stay! Loved everything about the property! Reception desk was busy so took a couple of tries (b/c I didn't want to wait in line) to get amenity cards, but other than that the apartment and building were fabulous. Property manager was responsive & great. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view all day long. The property managers made it easy to check in and get most of our questions answered. I was disappointed though that the living blinds didn't eork for our entire stay despite asking for it to be fixed on day 1. Overall we enjoyed our 10days at your beautiful home We plan to be back God willing.

The hosts were very slow to respond on the vrbo messaging app. The Building management is separate from the MVR management. The interface was shall we say not seamless. My ship sticks golf clubs were rejected twice but no one would help with that

Absolutely incredible stay! This high-rise in Miami exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the heart of Brickell, with tons of amazing restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside the door.The views were stunning, both day and night, and the unit itself was spotless and **fully stocked** with everything we needed, which made the stay feel effortless and comfortable from the moment we arrived.Valet parking was extremely convenient and seamless, a huge plus in Miami. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, **Tulum**—the food, ambiance, and views were all top-tier and made for an unforgettable experience.We also felt very safe the entire time. The building’s security is excellent, with elevators that only allow access to your specific floor via key fob, which gave us great peace of mind.The host went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, she was extremely friendly and responded fast to all of our questions.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Brickell. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome Condo We were here for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time the condo was beautiful and the location was ideal.

Property was great, and service was amazing I hate to write reviews, but the outstanding service I received requires that I say something. Thank you so much for all your help with ensuring I was booking the right size place for my family, to the warm reception as soon as I pulled up to the door. You took care of every single detail, even bringing me a mini food processor so I could puree my baby’s food. You were all amazing, and the location was perfect. It was everything you promised and more. I hope to book again with you all - this will definitely be my stop over location on the way up from the Caribbean.

The unit was very much as described, and was very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were huge! The views were spectacular and minimally impacted by the current construction. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend!

The unit has awesome views, a great location. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Furniture is a little bit worn for what I was expecting, some bathroom accessories fell down while our stay. MVR was always very responsive and offered assistance in everything we needed.

My stay at this property was terrible.

Very smooth process overall. The team was very responsive and organized. The apartment was nice overall, a little more worn (furniture and floors) than expected. Views were very pretty. The pool area was lovely! They had complementary wine and coffee which was a special touch. Our main concern was that while the listing mentions construction in the city, it did not specify that the building itself was under construction. That would’ve been a nice thing to know. This is why we couldn’t use the balcony and why there was plastic covering one side of the windows. Thankfully we didn’t feel the noise.

We had a great stay! Apartment was as described. While in a very popular spot, we didn’t hear any noise from the units around us. Enjoyed the views and felt right at home.

Couldn’t connect with host, voice mail was always full. And couldn’t leave any messages. Tired multiply times on email. Same thing. Yet, was charged 1300.00 for something I never used. We also. Had issues with everyone’s ID, Due to everyone coming from all over US. Didn’t get to complete that. I understand that.

Experience the City of Brickell The rental was clean and offered a nice view. It’s centrally located — right in the heart of a mall area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bayside is also nearby for excursions, which was convenient, although the area is very busy with traffic.We spent most of our time out and about doing different activities and shopping, so the location worked well for that. However, communication with the host was poor. Responses were very slow, and there was a lack of helpful or reassuring information — not ideal if you’re someone who likes to plan ahead or needs clear guidance.Parking was another challenge, especially with a larger vehicle like an Escalade. There wasn’t any dedicated space, but we eventually found a garage within walking distance.Overall, the stay was fine for our needs, but better communication and parking support would’ve made a big difference.

The perfect stay!

Good location

We had a great time a few weeks ago in Brickell. The apartment was just as displayed in the ad. Loved the terrace space, too and the views were magnificant. We would defintely go back here again.

MVR was very responsive. We needed patio furniture and they were able to accommodate. Any questions I had messages had an immediate response.

This was the worst rental experience of my life, the host company was awful to deal with. The original unit we rented had literal semen stains on the couch. Place was so NASTY and beat. Not at all what we were advertised to buy!!!! They switched us units in the same building and it took 4-5 hours to deal with them. Not worth the money or time it took from our trip. Will never book one of their properties again!!

Best of Brickell Fantastic Location you can walk to all you need from restaurants to stores . Views are amazing - can sit on the balcony and relax for hours .

Wonderful condo! We loved the condo and everything was wonderful!

Well Worth It!! The location of the property is ideal. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport, right off the highway, and in the heart of downtown Brickell. At first you are surrounded by yachts and fancy cars, but then you begin to feel special just to be there. Plenty of nice restaurants all around, easy access to the waterways, and the Brickell Center maybe 1 mile away speaks for itself. The unit is in great condition with all of the amenities that you need to be comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with multiple gadgets and top-notch appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The views are miraculous and breathtaking at nighttime under the city lights. Even the blinds are remote controlled for privacy. My only takeaway has nothing to do with the unit. The property amenities are beautiful with full access to the W hotel, but getting the id cards could be a little smoother, but nothing that the owners can control. Overall, I cannot wait to be back here again....even the valets were extremely helpful.

Great apartment Everything about the apartment was great. Our only issue was with the building. There was a problem with several elevators at the same time and with the amount of people using them every day, it became a headache

Decepcionante Llegue a las 15 hs , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , estuve hasta las 18 hs para que lo arreglaran , me cambiaron a otro apartamento que supuestamente me hacían upgrade que no era El apartamento era con un mobiliario viejo y en malas condiciones 😢 Así que pedir cambiará me al que había pagado La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear , sobre todo los baños , falta de mantenimiento , pintura y de más ! Creo que deberían tenerlo en mejores condiciones por el precio que cobran Sin contar que el parking me han cobrado 35 dólares y este parking mismo cobraban 15 dólares , increíble No lo recomiendo

Horrible High-rise We didn’t feel at all welcome, it was very busy and intimidating. Tha rep was very helpful but had to rush off for her next booking . The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the welcome pack was 4 small bottles of water, a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and 6 small pot of milk, very basic. Our pass tags stopped working after 24 hours and we had to find security in the basement for them to be reprogrammed. There is no facility for left baggage our flight was 11hours after check out. Local storage facilities were not accessible due to road closures for city event, we ended up using Uber to the airport and them back to the city. Overall a bad experience Miami isn’t for us.

Miami Brickell Unit was as pictured. Location was great. Pool area gets limited sun exposure. Gym was located in another building so we didn’t use it. Would return again.

Just ok. The property had a fantastic view, and beds pretty comfortable. However, not worth the total cost, check in process cumbersome, long valet wait, bathroom showers could use a good cleaning and no stock in kitchen with anything. Not even coffee for the morning! Given the location to easily get these things, the price per night and extra fees would warrant having included niceties (or necessities for some lol) like this. Also, cleaning people showed up before our check out time. Did not like feeling rushed. Overall ok but definitely not a good value.

This Is It! The photos didn't do it justice. The view was amazing. We stayed all of 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Parking was a bit of a hassle as you had to pay Valet for each trip you took your car. So we ended up calling uber. Otherwise it was great. Will definitely bookmark and stay again.

Modern apartment in a great location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was well appointed, well decorated, bright, clean and had great views. We also enjoyed the pool/pool deck, and the proximity to restaurants.

Not what it seems Upon first glance the rental seemed to tick all the boxes. Be prepared for quite a few surprises, none of which benefit the renter. 1. In and out parking does not exist. If you want to get a parking pass, so that you can go in and out when you'd like. You can get one for 'cash only' and it gives you a spot across the street behind a church. You are required to have a fob to enter and exit but on Saturday and Sunday the security arm is up. So you can waste money purchasing it. 2. The biggest complaint would be the elevators (and seeing other reviews) seems to be an ongoing problem with this building. We were there Thursday-Monday and had to wait for an elevator for at the very minimum 15 to 20 minutes. (this was every single time we used the elevator) At one point a concierge had to take us up the freight elevator because we waited 35 minutes for one and it never came to the lobby. (there are 6 elevators) we were on the 32nd floor which made us feel like we were being held hostage. 3. To be fair, this apartment is geared towards the 30 and under crowd. In the grand room there was hair found on the pillow cases that clearly belonged to someone who used the room prior. There were used band-aids stuck to the metal framing of the living room window. (I still have no idea why they were there and why they were not removed before we stayed there) The balcony door was propped open when I first entered the apartment. (That was off-putting) Both bathrooms had there flaws. The grand bathroom shower head was frozen in place, so expect to be hit in the face when you get in. The spare bathroom has issues with the door of the shower, it will not shut unless it is slammed shut and then you have to push it hard to get out of the shower. We had issues with the TV remote for the grand room, when inspecting the batteries they were covered in corrosion. (filthy) There were permanent spills on the floor that just remain there. The furniture is clearly the cheapest that they could get. Not comfortable at all. The property showed lots of wear and tear. The locks on the front door are essentially cob-knobbed together. If the person across the hall shut their door, our door would shake as if someone was trying to get in. The noise level was high which is fine if you are there to party all night. (I was not) I would not consider this a 'Lux' listing. The cost of it did not match the expectations for us. It would be a hard pass in the future.

Mixed feelings The apt and location is what we expected. We were very disappointed with the fact that elevators were not working and we needed to take the service elevators for the whole stay. Manager stated that as a matter of fact--not apologizing for the major inconvenience this caused. The place was noisy in the evening with construction on Monday morning without any prior information. Although the SPA is nice, access is complicated and you need to check in 3 places. We made the best out of our stay but we won't come back again.

Beautiful views This condo was exactly how it is pictured and described. Beautiful kitchen appliances (Wolf stove & Sub Zero refrigerator) but was disappointed with the little things. Cutting board felt like it was from the dollar store and measuring cups had cracks and could not hold liquid. Overall the unit itself was spectacular. The building was having issues with the elevators and we had to go to security (at the loading dock) 3 times in the first two days because our fobs would not work in the elevator. I don’t think any guest should have to go to a loading dock on their vacation. These fobs should be given out when you check in. On our last day when we were leaving we got stuck in the elevator for about 7 minutes until someone was able to pry open the doors. Lastly, I am still waiting on a copy of an itemized bill from the property manager. Overall had a wonderful time, the unit was perfect for us and we would definitely book this again.

Epic!!! This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures does not give this property justice. It was far better than we imagined. I was truly impress with the check-in process. Francisco was available and provided a smooth transition to get us on board for the week of our stay. We had a small issue with the door lock but they had maintenance come up and fixed it expeditiously. We are so happy with our stay and if they will have us again we would definitely stay here anytime we are in Miami.

Overall nice stay The communication with Maria and Silvia was easy and very efficient. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished (exactly as pictured) and has beautiful views. Check in/out is fast too. Parking in the nearby parking lot is convenient and relatively cheap ($20 daily with in and out privileges). The pool was closed for most of our stay due to maintenance. We appreciated that Maria made the effort to get us a pass for at least a couple of hours in the morning before our checkout. The gym needs to be reserved 24 hours ahead which was inconvenient because the pass needs to be arranged by the front desk which doesn't issue the passes on the weekend. So basically, if you arrive on Saturday, you can't use the gym until Monday afternoon. Overall, the building is not very clean. We saw dog poop in the lobby and food leftovers in the corridor. That may be the reason why we saw about 4-5 cockroaches in the appartment too. There were few additional issues that we reported to Maria but the maintenance never addressed them. During the check out with Fernando, he said that the maintenance request has not been submitted to him by Maria. Speciffically in the queen bedroom, the wifi didn't work, half of the outlets in the queen bedrooms didn't work, TV remote was broken and TV didn't work, one bedside lamp had broken switch so it didn't work either. In the bathroom next to the queen bedroom, the toilet seat was not attached properly, the flushing system produced a very loud noise each time and lasted about 5 min and the shower door handle was broken. In the king bedroom, one of the bedside lamps had no bulb. I had hard time to believe Fernando, because Maria and Silvia seemed to be very responsive. Also, when he came for the check out he was fixing the wifi router which he wouldn't if he didn't know there was a problem with it. Anyway, despite the maintenance issues, we had a nice stay. The building is in a safe and convenient location and Maria and Silvia were good hosts.

Everything we could dream and more. The feeling we had when we walked into the apartment is undescribable. Everything was exactly as listed. It was beautiful and clean. The views were almost overwhelming. The kitchen had everything to make us feel at home. Our host was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a good communicator and responds quickly.

Big win in Brickell This was our first time in Miami and we chose the Brickell area for its location - near beaches, short trips to landmarks, and vibrant - and its food. The unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised and our host , Maria, was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the door and she worked with us to quickly solve it so we could continue our stay. This is definitely a place we would return to!

Icon Bldg Great place with great view staff was very good Restaurant in Bldg Addikt was very bad. Bad food bad service. This was on 15 th floor.

Noisy Bed in master suite was broken. We had to sleep in the spare bedroom. The neighbor kept coming and going at all hours and let the door slam each time waking us up periodically.

Stunning Views Accommodations were exactly as depicted. Stunning modern residence with million dollar views. So nice to have linens , towels and bathrobes provided -and a welcome bottle of chilled wine! Can’t wait to return !

It was good Very confortable

Beautiful and just as pictured! We loved the views and look of the place. Be aware though that the downtown location is very congested. We took Uber or walked as driving was slow and painful. Also, we had some loud neighbours in the hall at 3:30 in the morning. This was probably an isolated issue. The hosts and unit were amazing though. They were most accommodating and very helpful.
