Un lugar muy bonito! Nos encantó. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. El lugar es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Cualquier consulta nos atendían rápidamente. Muy acogedor. A mi familia y a mi nos encantó, sin duda nos volveremos ha hospedar aquí, el lugar es muy cómodo. Felices de habernos quedado en este apartamento! Muy recomendado!!!

Mother - Daughter Stay A wonderful Mother - Daughter stay. Easy walking distance to grocery and dining; short trip to beach and attractions. We loved the pool and look forward to using the spa next time. We will be back!

Appartamento in posizione ottima e che ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno perfetto. Host sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda o dubbio. Fortemente consigliato se si vuole stare in zona Brickell spendendo il giusto ma senza rinunciare a nulla!!

Our Birthday getaway Everything was breathtaking. Especially the night view from the balcony.

I LOVEDDDD IT! This apartment was amazing. I stayed there with my boyfriend as an extension to my vacation and we loved it. the apartment was clean, everything was exactly how it was pictured. communication was great. the pool on the property was amazinggg!! the property smelled soooo good! also, it is in a great area with alot of restaurants and places to shop. i will definitely stay here the next time i come to Miami!

Location & Space Stayed here solo for ultra music festival. Easy walk to Bayfront Park and area shops/restaurants. Spacious interior and nice sized double balcony with water views. Loved having a full size fridge and washer/dryer. The only thing I really would have loved having was a full length mirror-I ended up taking a mirror off the wall and propped it against the wall. Overall awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very Very Loud We stayed for 2 WEEKS on the 26th floor, UP all night with the noise of Motorcycles and Very Loud cars!! We stay in cities every all over the world, never and issue. It was a nightmare. The location is nice, but the building sits right on the main road. I live in NYC on 10th floor and NO issues, this was different. Had a few issues with the unit, AC stopped working twice, kitchen faucet stuck on spray, water everywhere, shower has very old style unit also, and glass only goes 1/3 of the way, again water, EVERYWHERE! There was no desk and i called to make sure, as my hubby would be working there, they brought one the next day.. Hosts were very responsive, you could just text. However, by the time we noticed issues (the noise, shower etc we were moved in and sick on people coming in and out to fix. Finally you can tell every one is a renter, many rude. Would not stay again.

First time writing comment, thanks a lot to the Host. Everything is more fabulous, no words. As after your stay for the same price & same building I booked other apartments from DIFFERENT HOST & I saw the real difference (that apartment was bad) I really like complimentary bag, wine & discount voucher. The managers was very very helpful and the most important is that apartment is MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than even on listed photos I really enjoyed with my stay

I have stayed at Icon Brickell regularly for work over the past six months, and every stay has been a great experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Brickell, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything Miami has to offer. I know some guests mention elevator wait times, but personally I have never found this to be a problem during my stays. The property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Whenever any minor issue comes up, it is handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would happily stay here again. Great location, professional management, and a very enjoyable experience every time.

Place was overall good. I just had a problem with the host. He took my money upon checking and canceled my reservation after we talked about early check in. I paid extra money for fees and ended up booking the place again. If i had not done that i wouldve been out the money spent and still had to book the stay again just to assure that i didn’t have to lose out money again if i was to cancel reservation.. I argued with the concierge for a hour because they said they seen no reservation. I told them to call host and that’s when he responded with update reservation and code so i could enter. When i got upstairs i just saw that he was not ready for me to come because he had his cleaning man still working. If he was to communicate this in beginning i would had no problem but the fact he played all those games and i had to wait 4 days a refund whats the worst part of my stay.

Recommend everybody to book with them nice place great environment quick check in and out .best location everything is close by .

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels, well equipped kitchen and nice shower. Location is perfect, lots of nice restaurants, coffee places and shops. Communication with the host was fast and clear. We definately recommend this particular apartment. Stayed at another last year and was not as nice as this one!

Nice apartment, great location Positive: The apartment, the location, staff were helpful Negative: The shower/ tub is very high, I had to get in carefully. Through I personally do not cook, the kitchen didn't have silverware, or can opener/ bottle opener. Apartment could use a bit updating.

Stay was far below what was advertised or reasonably expected for the price paid.\n\nThe parking instructions provided by the host were misleading and incorrect, which directly resulted in my vehicle being booted. I was told I would be paying for parking with cash, yet there was no option anywhere to pay with cash, making the instructions impossible to follow. This caused unnecessary stress and resulted in an $87 boot removal fee, which I should never have incurred.\n\nIn addition to the parking issue, a significant portion of my stay was spent dealing with logistical problems rather than enjoying the property. I experienced excessive wait times for elevators, repeated failures to access advertised amenities, and ongoing confusion caused by poor communication and lack of coordination between the host, the building, and hotel staff.\n\nThese were not small inconveniences. They disrupted my daily plans, caused financial loss, and resulted in hours of wasted time and stress. 0/10

washer and dryier did not Work well..

Great location for exploring Miami! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The Airbnb was nice overall slightly outdated, but still comfortable. Had a good experience

Had an awesome stay in Brickell! The place was super clean, comfy, and right in the middle of everything—restaurants, bars, and the water were all close by. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Kat, she made it super easy and stress-free. Definitely would stay here again next time.

Great space, easy check in.

Check-in was great w/ staff present to help. First night was rough as we discovered the apartment doesn't have very good windows as you get a lot of noise from people revving their car engines racing on the street & airplanes overhead. There was only 1 thin blanket (not a duvet like you'd get in a hotel) when 2 blankets were pictured. When asked, they brought us the 2nd one. However, the purpose of 2 blankets is to be able to cool the apartment down a little and we could never get it below 69 degrees in the bedroom (I have a travel temperature gage) as we could not set it below 68 due to a "digital lock" that the host said they'd ask the owner for permission to change, but never got back to me and ignored my future requests. Kitchen utensils were toxic melted/damaged plastic. Apartment was clean. Dryer did not work and they told me they were going to request maintenance to fix it. Now I read the fresh reviews where 2 weeks earlier, someone else said it was broken - they never fixed

Honestly I expected better for the price I paid. The dryer did not work, the bathtub also did not work and only had one door making showers cold from all the air entering. The apartment was still slightly dirty with dust all on the floor and so were some dishes. I expected so much more especially since the photos showed such a beautiful luxury apartment. The pool and gym were absolutely stunning and was probably the only upside to our stay. i wouldn’t visit again.

Beautiful, clean, bright space - and the amenities such as the pool were awesome. Not a complaint just a couple of tips for future guests to know- bring earplugs for sleeping. We’ve never stayed in Brickell or Downtown Miami before and did not foresee the extremely loud sports cars and motorcycles that would run all night! Even on the 26th floor, I guess because the windows face Brickell Ave, the constant revving of engines made it difficult to sleep until we bought earplugs. The other thing to note is that while you feel like you’re in a hotel, it’s still an Airbnb so don’t expect cleaning service during your stay (unless you pay extra); they also can’t hold your luggage after you check out. Our flight was late in the day so we left our luggage with a dry-cleaning place a block away for about $30.

Week in downtown Miami Looks like the picture. Location is excellent if you want the downtown experience. However, if you are sensitive to certain perfumes or scents, this isn’t the place for you. I am allergic to an ingredient in certain colognes and this place was strong with it . Wear shoes inside too to keep your socks white

Brickell Not a place the relax and hang out. Couch is extremely small, hard and uncomfortable

AMAZING! We had an amazing stay! The location was great, staff was wonderful and accommodating as we had flight complications and they were so understanding. Will definitely stay here in the future!

WAZA 24 We were in town for WAZA at Bayfront park. Great location to go either direction…Bayfront or Brickell. Nice, clean, quiet (for DT Miami). Only issue was w our toilet flusher, which never did her addresses. We had to physically take the lid off the tank and manually pull the lever to flush. Thank you so much, would stay here again 100%.

Miami Trip Dec. 6-8 Really enjoyed my stay at the property. It was clean, host was communicative, and the photos online were a good representation of the property in real life. The location is also amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Good communication Good Communication

Great view otherwise not pleasant Because the glass windows may not be opened often to air the apt out, there's a bad odor in the apt I noticed. Even though it is on the 26th floor you constantly hear a lot of noise as the walls are thin and you hear outside noise from below ( traffic and construction) all the time so it is not quiet and peaceful. You constantly hear a pinging & noises even in the middle of the night so it is always noisy and can wake you up. There's extraneous noise is all day long.The pink chair you see in the photo is very small and uncomfortable to sit in. The same goes for the couch which is of very cheap material and not comfortable at all. It too is very tiny & low.The plastic is peeling off the chair in the bedroom and the nob to the nightlight was broken but they did come to fix it after I complained I couldn't turn on the light The toilet takes forever to flush and doesn't flush everything right away. The bedding was not comfortable as it seemed to be of cheap flimsy material to me. The elevator also seemed to take forever to arrive and is usually crowded as there is a lot of traffic in the building. If you have a lot of luggage with you good luck getting into the elevator. The outside furniture looked like it was never cleaned and looked dirty and moldy to me. It was not fresh and clean. Also, be careful with the floor as it is made out of slick material so walk slowly and carefully so you don't fall. The place looks good in the photo but it didn't measure up to what was there.

Miami - Oct Property was exactly as pictured. Accommodations were very nice.the only thing was that the first day the a/c was out for 6 hours for scheduled maintenance and on the second day the pool was closed until 4pm for window maintenance. This information might have been good to know at time of booking or before arriving. Other than that - property and stay was nice.

A perfect stay in Brickell area The apartment has everything you need, it has all the amenities that are described, and it’s fully equipped! The location is perfect! Great communication with the managers! We will definitely be back for sure!
