“Host was super helpful and responsive while I was traveling. Room was spotless and as advertised. I had some trouble with the portal and access code; the hotel front desk could be a bit clearer on that when I checked in but otherwise a fantastic experience and would book again.”
“Great area! Apartment was really nice and clean. Washer and dryer was a real bonus. Chat response was quick. We had a slight wifi issue so unfortunately the TV wouldn’t work. Not a huge deal at all, however the technicians never showed up when scheduled to fix it so that was a little inconvenient and time consuming. I’m sure this was just a one off though. All in all a great place to stay with lots of restaurants close by and a quick uber away from so many great Miami hot spots!”
“Amazing customer service, great location, and the A/C worked, which was a huge plus for me. The area was clean, and I will definitely be back!”
