Golden hour, then city lights. That's the show every evening from this 42nd-floor 2-bedroom, with the Miami River winding below and the Brickell skyline lighting up in front of you. Pour a drink, keep the curtains open and let the city do the rest. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and Brickell's restaurants a short walk away. The building is finishing exterior renovations, so the rate is lower for now. Note: the pool is open on weekends only.
This residence features a sophisticated, open-concept floor plan. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek two-tone cabinetry, and elegant stone countertops. A prominent stainless steel range hood and modern sink complete this chef's area. Contemporary lighting, including a distinctive designer pendant in the dining area, illuminates the space. Light-colored tile flooring runs throughout. Integrated cabinetry and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs enhance functionality.
Furnishings are current and clean-lined, with a luxurious sectional sofa and a chic glass coffee table. The stylish dining set is highlighted by a unique white fluffy pendant light. Decorative elements include woven poufs, minimalist lamps, and console tables. Subtle abstract artwork and vibrant potted plants add to the tranquil atmosphere. Textural details like a tufted white headboard and soft drapes create comfort. The palette features crisp whites, light greys, and calming accents of teal, aqua, and soft greens.
Guests consistently rate this space 4.8/5 for cleanliness — floors, linens, and surfaces are reset to hotel standards before every stay. Many downtown listings promise luxury but deliver hidden fees or complex rules. We offer transparent luxury and proactive hospitality. Our flexible parking solutions, including on-site valet, self-park, and a convenient $35/day nearby option, provide superior ease compared to the single, limited spots others promote. We focus on simplifying your stay and delivering genuine value.

“Excelente lugar y ubicación tienes todo lo que se necesita para pasar un tiempo increíble!”
“I selected this Airbnb for the location and it was the right decision. If you are planning on being around Brickell this is the place to be. I was there for work so I was out very early and came back just to sleep. I was not able to use the appliances or anything like that. The host was very nice to leave us a welcome kit, water and laundry items. The apartment was nice and clean but you can tell it has been used (if that makes sense, is not a bad thing but heavy use of a property is easy to catch). The beds and pillows were nice. I wish the water pressure on the showers would have been better. Not a fan of the crowd that comes in and out of the building. Not sure if it is because of the hotel next door or because that tower gets a lot of Airbnb’s. That would be the only thing I didn’t like of the place. We had a little issue with the offsite parking that was offered by the host and we paid. It was not reserved correctly by them but they refunded the parking to us later.”
“Everything was perfect, and host and apartment. I would love to come back, but one little thing was missing, pool open only on weekends because of constructions. Rather than that, the most beautiful place.”
