“Everything was closed, bathrooms had so much film on the showers and were dirty, check in was terrible, they didn’t have our info, then cleaning crew didn’t let us in till 1 hour after we were supposed to, missed a reservation were charged for it and the Airbnb didn’t care Never added all our guests no matter how many times I called and emailed them”
“Overall, our Airbnb host was an obstacle that we were able to overcome in what was a fun weekend. Cons: Our host was very unresponsive. Despite the fact that we were told we would receive check-in information well before we would arrive, we did not receive that information in time. After the first guest arrived, the front desk attempted to contact the host several times before finally getting the door code. There was a long wait for the host to respond. There’s also a separate check-in portal off of Airbnb, and there were inconsistencies between the messages from the Airbnb and the separate check-in portal. Additionally, the Airbnb made it seem that it was one unit, not two separate ones on separate floors. There are also renovations going on that are not reflected in the photos. Pros: it is a great location and a really sweet view. The only reason why I’m giving a two star and not a one star is because ultimately we had a great time despite the challenges of this Airbnb.”
Aun no tuvimos novedad.
