Looking for great value in Brickell? Enjoy a stylish apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, premium amenities, and an unbeatable walkable location at a discounted rate while the building completes exterior renovations. Please note that balconies are closed, views are temporarily obstructed, and the pool is available on weekends only.
This residence features an open-concept design, connecting living, dining, and kitchen areas. A bright primary bedroom suite offers a private balcony. The versatile second room can be a guest space, home office, or den, with a wall-mounted flat-screen television. The modern full bathroom has a deep soaking tub and a clear glass shower.
The gourmet kitchen shines with premium stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Large-format windows fill the space with natural light. An iconic "I LOVE MIAMI" barcode art piece adds local charm. Modern lighting, sleek white furniture, and light grey accent chairs create a sophisticated atmosphere. The color scheme is vibrant, blending crisp white with a bold teal accent and cheerful yellow/gold pops, all grounded by refined neutrals.
Guests consistently rate this space 5/5 for cleanliness — floors, linens, and surfaces are reset to hotel standard between every stay.
Experience transparent luxury and proactive hospitality here. While other listings may defensively message building limitations or complex amenity rules, we ensure a smooth, clear experience from booking to departure. We prioritize genuine value and straightforward communication, addressing the disconnect often found between a 'luxury' promise and guest reality. While competitors might highlight a single free parking option, we offer flexible, clearly detailed valet, on-site self-parking, and a nearby $35/day cash option. This ensures you choose the best fit for your stay without unexpected surcharges or last-minute surprises.

“I was in Miami for my birthday and I had an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to top restaurants, shopping, and the view of Miami. The building is beautiful, neat, quiet, modern, and well-maintained, with amenities, like the pool, spa and fitness center.
